Goal – help participants understand the needs of their organizations in order to best leverage their HR and talent knowledge to help move their businesses forward
Participant Requirements
Participation in 2 virtual meetings each month (learning session the 1st or 2nd Friday of each month and an application/cohort session on either the following Wednesday or Thursday of each month)
Monthly meetings with a mentor
Meetings with an accountability partner
Meetings to prepare for team presentations
Participation in social networking meetings
